Our aim is to provide quality child care at an affordable price. We pride ourselves on having qualified educators. Our goal is to provide high quality care. You can be assured, being a privately owned centre, all of your fees go straight back into the centre.

FAQs

  • Who will be looking after my child? +

    We take pride in the educators that we employ at our centre. We have ensured that we are above the minimum standard that the regulations state. All of our educators are required to have a current first aid, CPR. All of our educators have completed their diploma of children’s service. If they have not they are enrolled in their Diploma.

  • Do I get any fee Subsidies? +

    You will have to contact Centrelink and apply for Child Care Benefit. There is also the option of Child Care Rebate. If you have any questions in regards to CCB or CCR please contact the Centre.

  • Is there a minimum number of days that I need to book for? +

    We don't have a minimum number of days that you need to book for. Our Centre prides itself in catering for what each individual family needs.

  • What happens when my child's Carer is away? +

    We pride ourselves in having a consistent small team, if your child's educator is away you will know the educator that is in the room with your child.

  • Do you take children with special needs? +

    Every child is special in their own unique way. We are a early learning centre, and are inclusive of all children no matter their needs. We would encourage anyone with a child with additional needs to come in and visit our service and see if we can cater for their child’s specific needs.

  • Will I get charged if my child is sick? +

    If we can work out another day of that week that your child can attend then we can swap days. If not, yes you get charged for sick days. You are entitled to 42 absent days a financial year.

  • Will I get charged for Public Holiday's? +

    As of July 1 2016 we will no longer charge for Public Holiday's this is one of the benefits of a family owned and operated daycare centre.

  • Will I get charged when we are away on holiday? +

    If you give us 2 week’s notice that you are going on holiday we will only charge you a holiday rate.

  • What support is available to children with additional needs? +

    Our Centre will accommodate, facilitate and support additional needs as best as they can. Additional needs can vary from minor allergies to learning/development delays and behavioural issues. Our Centre works closely with our Inclusion Support Facilitators within our local community to provide the best resources and outcomes for the children. It is best upon enrolment to discuss this with the Educator so we can work together on getting the best outcome for your child.

  • What is the enrolment process? +

    Come in and meet us, have a tour around our daycare centre and talk to our Educators to ensure we are the best place for your child. Feel free to ask any questions you have in regards to our childcare Centre. If you wish to enrol with us you will then be asked to fill in an enrolment form for us.

  • How do I pay my fees to the Centre? +

    We have many options available for you to be able to pay your childcare accounts. Accounts get emailed out on a weekly basis. You can Direct Debit the money into our account, we have a self-serve EFTPOS machine, and we also accept cash.
