Hi I’m Charmaine. I’m the Nominated Supervisor here at Little Munchkins. I have worked in the Child Care industry for the past 15 years. I have been fortunate enough in many different environments across the Child Care Sector. I have my Diploma of Children’s Services, my Certificate IV in Community Services Protective Care and a Statement of Attainment in AUSLAN.

I am currently studying my Diploma of Autism. I love the thrill of a challenge and I’m very goal driven. When I’m not at Little Munchkins I enjoy the great outdoors. There’s nothing better than the sand between my toes and a fishing rod in my hand, my family and I try to go camping as much as possible even if it’s just for one night. When I have spare time I also enjoy scrapbooking and card making.

I love working at Little Munchkins because of the small family atmosphere. I feel as if our service is an extension of the families that use our service. There is nothing better than being able to watch the children grow and reach new milestones. The best feeling for me is seeing the children having fun while they are learning with big smiles on their faces. Our Educators at Little Munchkins are very supportive and have formed a great bond, it is a great team to work with. Our families are amazing, open to new ideas and are always offering suggestions on how we can improve our centre.
